  We just completed renting a house with American Homes 4 Rent. Whenever I have a question or a request, the property manager got back to me within 24 hours. The first week we lived in the house we discovered that the hot water heater was leaking. A new hot water heater was installed within a few days. When we moved out, we had zero issues and got majority of our deposit back. I'd like to make sure Lisa Krier and Richie Saul get kudos, they both made our move in and move out process seamless. Based on my experience I'd recommend American Homes 4 Rent any day.

  The staff have been very helpful. They helped me the whole way through the leasing process. They always responded the same business day, sometimes even within the same hour. I am satisfied with all of the services they provided!
